Types of Counselling

Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST)

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SPI)

You may want to forget a traumatic experience, but your body still gets triggered. A smell, a sound or a look may take you right back to the traumatic moment.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a method used during counselling to help you process those memories and body tension without re-traumatizing you, enabling you to release the stress and gain relief.
